Becoming a mother is a profound, life-altering event. We often hear vague things about sleepless nights and to expect some changes, but no one really tells us about the impact motherhood will have on EVERYTHING - dramatic changes our bodies (hello hormones!) to our mindset to our roles.
Unfortuately, we have lost the art of supporting mothers during pre-conception to beyond having a baby....and no one talks about it. As a result, mamas can become overwhelmed, stressed, worn out, struggle with self-care, hormones out of whack and feel so alone.
